English bijles and tutoring in Woerden & the surrounding area
Hello! I’m Catherine, a native British English tutor based in Woerden. I teach secondary-school students, younger learners and adults, with a strong focus on clear explanations, confidence and practical progress. For secondary-school students, I offer support with MAVO, HAVO and VWO English, including grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary and exam preparation. My teaching is also dyslexia-informed, with structured, accessible materials and an individual approach. Individual lessons are €48 per hour in Woerden and the surrounding area, roughly within a 30-minute drive.
I love helping students understand what has been holding them back, build stronger English skills and become more confident using them. Lessons are one-to-one and tailored to the individual student. They can take place at my home in Woerden or, within my normal teaching area, at the student’s home or another agreed location.
